There are endless possibilities with this wrap and today we’ll be focusing on a classic grilled chicken Caesar style.

Ingredients:

– 2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
– 2 wraps of your choice (tortilla, roti, naan, etc.)
– 2 cups of romaine lettuce, chopped
– 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
– Salt and pepper to season
– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat your griddle to 300 ̊F, or heat up a skillet on the stove over medium heat.

2. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and pat dry with a paper towel. Cook on the preheated griddle or skillet for 4-5 minutes per side, or until chicken is cooked through.

3. Toast the wraps on the griddle or skillet, flipping once.

4. Place the chicken breast on the wrap, top with 1/2 cup of chopped romaine lettuce, 1 tablespoon of Caesar dressing, and 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese. Fold the wrap however you like, tucking the ends in.

5. Serve the wrap warm with a side salad and extra Caesar dressing if desired.

Helpful Hack:

To save time, you can also pre-cook the chicken breast ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Tips & Suggestions:

– Try sprinkling grated Parmesan cheese on top instead of cheddar cheese.

– Add some diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and/or red onions for an extra flavor.

– To change up the flavor profile, try using a different type of wrap or spread, such as hummus or an herbed mayonnaise.

– To make it a complete meal, add grilled or roasted vegetables to the wrap, such as bell peppers, asparagus, or mushrooms.

– For a vegetarian option, try replacing the chicken with roasted eggplant, portobello mushrooms, potatoes, or lentils.
